What Syntra Is
Syntra is not 'our own ChatGPT.' Syntra is an AI Workforce OS that helps a business run approval-first work through the right workers, tools, memory, and safety rails.
In plain English: Syntra helps a business capture incoming work, decide what matters, draft the next action, route approvals, remember context, and execute safely. The goal is not generic chat. The goal is an operating system for AI workers that can help real businesses do real work.
Syntra Core is the platform layer behind this system. It includes decision logic, workflow automation, AI drafting and summarization, memory, approval queues, workspace templates, and execution safety.
Syntra Core
The core platform layer. This is the foundation everything else sits on.
Executive Assistant
The core worker that proves the daily loop of review, drafting, memory, and approvals.
Business Service Agent V2
The first major vertical product and the current top focus.
Syntra Scribe
A voice, transcription, meeting, and call-note layer built on top of Syntra Core.

A future interaction layer for spoken approvals and quick commands after the core product is stronger.

What We Are Prioritizing
The current operating rule is simple: if a new idea does not strengthen Syntra Core or Business Service Agent V2, it probably should not jump the line.
Main active vertical: Business Service Agent V2
BSA V2 is the main active vertical because it best exercises the real Syntra loop: intake, scheduling, jobs, follow-ups, owner review, technician visibility, and safe approvals.
Important reminder
Syntra Scribe matters, but it is an add-on layer. It should support the platform and verticals, not replace the core roadmap.

BSA V2 is the main active vertical. It is moving away from Jobber dependence and toward Syntra's own service-business CRM and operating layer.

When someone asks, 'Can Syntra do this for my business?', slow the conversation down and qualify it first.
Rule: do not instantly build custom workspaces unless the idea clearly strengthens Syntra Core or BSA V2, or there is a serious pilot or paying customer attached.
