Integration Safety
Syntra only reads data you explicitly authorize. No data is automatically imported.
All integrations are read-only by default. Sensitive fields are blocked from UI and AI.
No integration data is sent to AI. Protected fields include client names, addresses, utility accounts, load data, and contract values.
Writebacks and actions create approval queue items. A human must approve before any data is written to external services.
Demo data is used when no credentials are configured. No real company data is exposed.
