Microsoft 365
Owner: Customer tenant/license
Usage: Outlook, Calendar, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Current Status: Demo placeholder
Expected to use customer's existing Microsoft 365 licensing for normal internal workflows, but selected APIs/scopes must be verified.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Owner: Customer Copilot license
Usage: Approved internal AI assistant/agent layer
Current Status: Demo placeholder
Existing Copilot licensing may cover approved internal use for licensed users, but Copilot Studio/agent usage path should be verified.
Smartsheet
Owner: Customer Smartsheet license
Usage: Project tracking, reports, approved column mapping, optional write-back

Before production, we verify which actions are included in your licenses, which are customer-owned platform usage, and which could create metered costs. External AI providers remain disabled unless explicitly approved.
